The organization is governed by a General Assembly consisting of 35 members, elected every two years. GA members are local Palestinians from various backgrounds, who offer their time and expertise to guide and develop the organization on a voluntary basis. General Assembly members elect a board of directors consisting of seven members. The Board of Directors determines the organization’s short and long-term goals, and secure financial support for its programmes. A monitoring unit, consisting of two members, ensures transparency by reviewing programmatic and financial procedures and policies.
